1. Service-Based Refunds
All consulting, training, and implementation services are non-refundable once delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential resolutions. We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds or service credits.
2. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content (e.g., downloadable materials, online courses), all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
3. Subscription Services
For recurring services or subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
4. Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axionalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product in question.
